The last 12 months have been unprecedented for a number of reasons. In the midst of a global health pandemic, there’s also been a huge movement in the world of equality and inclusivity.

To help us do that, we’re working with colleagues to drive positive cultural awareness within our organisation bylaunching a range of inclusion networks to harness the one of the biggest strengths we have as a business- our people. Our networks will look to provide an open forum for support, sharing and celebrating everything from ethnicity, culture & religion, LGBTQ+, Disability, Mental Health and Women in Leadership.

We are looking for passionate and committed people to join our business, and through working at LloydsPharmacy you’ll have access to these groups to have your say and help shape future thinking.

Our networks have sponsorship and the ear of our key Executive Leadership figures, but it’s the voice of our colleagues that will be the driving force. You’ll join colleagues from our family of McKesson brands, by joining discussions, spreading messages, providing feedback and helping to organise events. It’s a chance to be a representative for colleagues across our business while raising issues and topics that are important to you.
