Jane Lambert is a nurse and the chief executive and founder of Makewell and ECG Healthcare Group. As an adoptive parent, she brings lived experience alongside neuro-affirming, practical insight supporting families navigating ADHD and autism. Jane is passionate about bringing accessible healthcare into our communities and in 2025, won the Women Leader Award Winner for Healthcare.
