Jane Lambert is a nurse and the chief executive and founder of Makewell and ECG Healthcare Group. As an adoptive parent, she brings lived experience alongside neuro-affirming, practical insight supporting families navigating ADHD and autism. Jane is passionate about bringing accessible healthcare into our communities and in 2025, won the Women Leader Award Winner for Healthcare.

She discusses the importance of empathy in patient care, the challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals, and the role of community pharmacists in providing support. Jane reflects on her career progression from nursing to establishing her own clinic, emphasizing the need for accessible healthcare services and the significance of understanding neurodivergence in clinical settings.
