Victoria Steele is known as the public face of some of the UK’s leading pharmacy businesses, most recently as Hallo Healthcare Group clinical director and chief pharmacist at as well as Lloyds Pharmacy superintendent pharmacist, the first female in the latter company’s history to hold that position.

Steele is a Royal Pharmaceutical Society fellow and in 2025, she founded her own advisory business Steelier Ltd that helps businesses and investors navigate regulatory complexity.

 She was also a founding member and vice chair of the Community Pharmacy Patient Safety Group before being appointed as chair between 2021-2023.
