The cobbler and the chemist: Northampton FC continues partnership with Chemist Near Me
Northampton Town Football Club have announced their renewed partnership with Chemist Near Me.
The league two club announced the partnership on Tuesday, and this will be the second consecutive season the club and business have worked together.

Chemist Near Me was originally founded in Northampton and provides “accessible pharmacy, healthcare and wellbeing services” across the town.
Northampton Town FC’s corporate sales manager Ollie Lloyd said the club were “delighted” to see the partnership continue.

“Partnerships like this are incredibly important to the club, and we are proud to be working alongside businesses that share our passion for Northampton and the wider community,” he added.
Managing director of Chemist Near Me Sagar Shah called the partnership with the local club “particularly special” and said it provided the business with “an important platform to help more patients and make healthcare convenient and accessible”.

He added, “over the past year, we’ve seen the value of bringing local healthcare and sports closer together, and we’re excited to continue that momentum with the team.”
“There is a lot more we want to achieve together, particularly around community health and supporter engagement, and we’re looking forward to building on the partnership to create initiatives that make a real difference to Cobblers fans, both on matchdays and beyond.”

It comes after Pharmacy2U announced their year-long sponsorship of Loose Women which commenced in April.
And it follows the Local Government Association publishing guidance titled ‘Strengthening local immunisation services’, to encourage local authorities to work alongside pharmacies to ensure stronger vaccination coverage.
