A space for pre-registration pharmacists to network and have questions answered by a pre-reg lead
When is the best time of the year to start revising for the pre-reg exams?
This does depend on you and what has worked well for you during your undergraduate degree. At this stage of the year, I would recommend focusing on your performance standards and start thinking about revision in the new year. Make sure that you have a plan before starting and ideally it should be SMART.
Hopefully you have been enrolled on monthly study days either internally or externally and are being given calculations and MCQs etc to do throughout the year. Please remember that you have already covered most of what you need to know during your four years at university. It's a case of retreiving that information from your mind and building on it during your pre-reg.
What works best for you may not be the best for others. How do you like to revise?
