I miss the comments under the articles, but despite knowing that almost no-one will read this post...
...I just wanted to applaud the last two paragraphs in Toni's piece above. Universally applicable across healthcare these days, and many other walks of life, too.
Unless I'm missing something, I'm sad to see that comments have disappeared from under articles. They often provided a deeper interest/insight into each subject - as well as a chance to vent! - which raised the C&D above similar websites.
These conversation rooms are not nearly so immediate (or easy to navigate) :(
