Registration results day is fraught with excitement and dread as years of hard work come down to this final day.

The June 2025 exam results are set for release today, though the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) has apologised for “any delays” this morning as it aims to resolve tech issues for those unable to access their results yet.

But in the meantime, Day Lewis has congratulated “all newly qualified pharmacists for passing your exams if you have successfully passed” and offered an extra treat for the achievement to help with its recruitment drive.

It posted on LinkedIn: “Have a free £10 Costa Coffee Voucher on us and let's start talking about your future with Day Lewis Pharmacy.”

To claim the coffee voucher, Day Lewis is asking successful registrants to fill out a form with their name, email address, location in the UK and the optional detail of adding your new GPhC number to receive the £10 coffee voucher via email “within 48 hours of completion”.

It adds: “By entering your details, you give consent for us to reach out from time to time with opportunities that may be of interest.”

Fellow chain Well Pharmacy did not offer a coffee to newly qualified pharmacists, but posted on LinkedIn “if you are a Foundation Pharmacist who has passed the exam and looking for a role - please contact our expert team”.

It added: “Regardless of your results, you should be proud of all the hard work and dedication it took for you to get to this point. You are the future of pharmacy, and this is just the beginning of your journey!”

In July 2024, the GPhC announced the summers’ registration assessment saw “an overall pass rate of 75%”, a drop from 77% in June 2023.
