New head pharmacy broker at Christie & Co

L to R: Jonathan Board and Tony Evans
Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced a new head of pharmacy after its leading pharmacy broker retired.
Christie & Co director and head of pharmacy Tony Evans will retire at the end of 2024 after 36 years and will be replaced by fellow director Jonathan Board in January 2025.
Evans has developed the broker’s pharmacy business since 2010 and says it’s “been an absolute honour to work at Christie & Co” and “nothing has made me prouder than to have developed our market-leading service alongside trusted and valued colleagues in our pharmacy team”.
“I am delighted to be succeeded by Jonathan Board who has collaborated tirelessly with me over the past 15 years in expanding and delivering the service we offer today,” he added.
Incoming head of pharmacy Board said he was excited to “build on the successes we have achieved together” and announced that he “will look to further expand the team and service offering over the next few months”.
Christie & Co managing director of medical Paul Graham said Evans had “played a pivotal role in shaping our pharmacy division into the market leader it is today” and his “expertise and leadership have made a lasting impact on the business and the entire team”.
Both Graham and Board thanked Evans for his contribution to Christie & Co and wished him “all the best in his well-earned early retirement”.
Evans added “whilst I will be sad to leave the team and sector, which have offered so much enjoyment and fulfilment, with my growing family living halfway around the world, I am excited to be writing our family's next chapter spending more time in Australia”.
