Minna Eii is an advanced pharmacist practitioner based in a hospital in the north east of England. She also works as a bank NHS 111 pharmacist. Eii was the chief sustainability officer's clinical fellow based in south east London ICB in 2023 and the lead author for the Royal Pharmaceutical Society's greener pharmacy guide and toolkit. Eii has held positions in the Guild of Healthcare Pharmacist and is the co-founder of Pharmacy Declares, an environmentally conscious pharmacy group in the UK.

She discusses her current role, the challenges faced in the NHS, and the importance of collaboration between community and hospital pharmacists. Minna also emphasizes the need for sustainability in pharmacy practices and offers valuable advice for aspiring pharmacists, focusing on work-life balance and the importance of soft skills.
