Thorrun Govind is a pharmacist, healthcare lawyer and broadcaster with expertise in healthcare regulation. She is the former chair of the Royal College of Pharmacy and has held leadership roles within pharmacy and law.
Combining frontline healthcare experience with legal expertise, her legal work includes inquests, healthcare regulation and the buying and selling of pharmacies.
Govind is a trusted media commentator, regularly appearing on television, radio and in print to explain complex health issues clearly and responsibly. She is passionate about improving patient outcomes through the safe use of medicines and better public understanding of health.
