Do you think people will pay for lateral flow tests? I can't see it happening unless there is an immediate and coerced need to do so. I'm wondering if it is going to have a direct impact on the overall health of the community? Or maybe the variants will become milder to the point where there is no reasonable benefit to isolation? I'd never pay for an LFT. Ever.
As has been discussed before CPCS is a mixed bag. For some, it's been an effective tool for having a paid service to common things like emergency supply, although it is also marred with a variety of issues in the appropriateness and quality of the referrals. In my personal experience, it has been a tool that is known but not often used. Is it fit for purpose? Does it solve an issue? What needs to happen to improve it? Should it be scrapped?
