My responsibility is to help wherever I can, and if not directly as a patient or customer asks, to professionally steer them to an appropriate or suitable alternative.

if the partner says the patient is already prescribed an Epipen, the mechanism for supply could be the Emergency Supply regulations, but the record making for that can wait until after a dose has been administered and the patient made safe, probably by handing over to the paramedics.
