During the webinar, the panel delved into some of the stats from the most recent C+D survey into racism in pharmacy and questioned the impact racism is having on recruitment, retention and career progression across the profession.
The panel also stressed the need for greater education around racial inequality, especially microaggressions, to help people call it out when they see or hear it happening.
