Ahead of the announcement that community pharmacies would be part of the Covid-19 vaccination rollout programme, she talked about how community pharmacy teams have the expertise to deliver the vaccines having delivered 2.3m flu vaccines this season. Talking of the experience, Janice said “Talking live on TV and radio, was a little nerve wracking, as I didn’t want to let Well and community pharmacy sector down, but I’m proud to have the opportunity. I’m really touched by the feedback I’ve had from across the profession and from members of the public.”
