I have had a wide and varied experience in pharmacy including hospital, community, academia and primary care. I now work in Dumfries and Galloway where I have a passion for improving care for patients particularly in pain and respiratory. I am a mindfulness teacher and have been working with pharmacists and GPs in the area to offer mindfulness for pain courses to our patients.

We’re a group of sleep and pharmacy professionals, intending to plug the disconnect between the patient and sleep expertise.
The BSPSS is new. Founded in mid 2021. We’re a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (April 2022). We make evidence-based sleep help accessible in community pharmacy.

We offer a turnkey software solution for pharmacists looking to help snorers by screening and signposting them (free online training).
