Memorial bench fundraiser for pharmacy family
Anil Rokad wrote in a GoFundMe page that the trio “dedicated themselves selflessly and lovingly to the health and wellbeing of the local communities for over 50 years”.
The memorial bench and plaque will be on Twickenham Green in London, opposite the Maple Leaf Pharmacy. Pharmacist Rokad said Richmond Council have already approved it.
The fundraising target is at £3,500 and so far, £2,173 has been raised.

Rokad said any surplus funds will be donated to Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) to “help conquer this hideous disease”, as Galen Rosenberg died from the disease.
“We would like to invite the local communities to show their appreciation for the many years of devoted service that the family provided,” the pharmacist added.
Local news site Twickenham Nub said it is hoped the unveiling will happen in two to three weeks but is yet to be confirmed.
